Stream side accommodations nightly including a newly refreshed camp for 2021, new protocol involved creating the safest possible environment, luxurious bush dining and camaraderie make this float trip a cherished memory to share with everyone.
We have "Early Season" dates on the Goodnews River focused on targeting Giant King (Chinook) Salmon, Sockeye Salmon and Trophy Leopard Rainbow Trout on fly rod. The Goodnews is a shorter distance float than the Kanektok and it allows us to slowly prod each and every rootwad and grass bank for the leopard rainbows - as well as stop on all of the prime gravel bars for King Salmon. These early dates (June and July) typically have some of our best weather of the season as well.
King Salmon
The "Late Season" dates on the Goodnews River are focused on the incredibly prolific Coho Salmon and Dolly Varden runs. The average run for Cohos in the Goodnews is almost 50,000! These salmon are an incredible fight on fly rod and these dates are PRIME TIME
